LNHA currently offers educational opportunities for nurses at Spring Conference & Fall Convention based on various topics of interests, updates, and regulatory issues. LNHA also offers an annual Director of Nursing Boot Camp every summer that is designed to equip Registered Nurses to serve in the role of D.O.N., A.D.O.N., and staff RN's.
